Our areas of investment are strategically focused on three key themes that are significant within the energy sector.

We invest in mature oil and gas upstream producing assets with material upside both onshore and offshore. We invest in greenfield development only near existing infrastructure (e.g. subsea tie-backs) and when the reserves are proven
We target assets where the investment teams have a strong expertise and recognized track record in finding and delivering upside potential
We seek synergies with the trading activities of the group through offtake agreements and debt financing

We invest in growth infrastructure supporting the energy value chain across jurisdictions where there are strong local relationships. Infra investments are typically in the low 10% return however growth infra can support returns of >20% depending on the asset and context
We target logistics infrastructure, revamping and turnaround of downstream assets (such as tank farms, power plants, petrochemicals and processing facilities)
